Houseplant holiday care
When you're leaving your houseplants to go on holiday, put them on a towel in the bath with the end of the towel dipped into a bucket of water. Draw the curtains, too, so they don't sit in blazing sunshine. They'll stay quite happily like that for a couple of weeks.
